Just got a message from our answering service. Guy requested a catalogue but refused to give his address, email address or phone number…or last name.
How the hell can we send the guy anything?
A month from now (guaranteed) the guy will call all in a huff and want to know where his damn catalogue is. It’s happened before.

If it was either one, he won’t complain later when he does not get the catalogue.
It is was not, they will not know the difference anyhow.
