Here now. Casino at hotel.
No setting allowed. Took skinny,s advice in previous post on how to set quick. No problems at all. Using gtc betting and tipping. Double odds . All chicken feeders in throwing and betting. Table packed. Had to wait to for place at table. Had two moneymaking throws 2 nights ago up 700. One good throw last night out of 3 throws. Up 800. At tables about 3 hours total. I was only tipper at tables. Feel good here. Better play than I thought. Short play time—-quick hits. Working for me so far.

Everyone should be able to set the dice quickly. If you do it properly, they will not even realize you are setting them. Your ability to set the dice at a "no dice setting" casino is testimony to that.
Anyone who can not set the dice in 2 or 3 seconds should read the article and practice until they can do it that quickly.
Here is the article you referenced in your post:

This posed some problems as it was hard to get a shooting spot most nights. Had to wait up to 1 and 1/2 hours for a SL1 or SL2 spot.
$10 dollar table minimum, double odds.
They allowed you to bet the pass line with odds at any time. So after the 5 count, on a 6 or 8, I would put a pass line down with full odds. This worked very well. Something I had not seen anywhere else. And I felt it gave me an advantage. Does this happen anywhere else?
Got no heat whatsoever despite a sign at table that said no setting. Only one comment from box when one die did not hit back wall. It was not nasty, just matter of factly. Dealers were extraordinarily nice to me. I used GTC dealer bets on the pass line and numbers. They let me stay in control.
I did not see another serious crap player while I was there. Most stayed too long, did not increase their bets when a good roll came….and they all lost money. Me, I made a profit for the stay. I won the first 3 nights. Held my own with small losses and even money the next three nights.
I was unable to come up with a good money making roll the last three nights. Thankfully the first 3 nights wins were preserved.
They did give me comps. They took 300 off of the room charge at checkout.
I learned that when you are done playing for the trip, you must tell the casino to send your info to the front desk to get your comps calculated.

If I remember you have to have at least 5x odds for taking a put bet.
