Smart Craps Question…One More Time

Spread the love

OK… I"m going to try this again. Maybe nobody knows what this means, and then maybe nobody has read my prior post. I am trying to figure out the meaning of a Smart Craps statistical presentation.

At the end of a Roll Set, you can hit "Statistics". Up comes a readout called "Outcomes Summary". It is a three column chart consisting of Column 1- Occurrences; Column 2 – Expected; Column 3 – Pro Test Score (stated in a %). So, for example, it might tell you that you hit 11 4’s and that 8 were expected and that the Pro Test Score is 12.8% ( not an actual read out )

My simple question is: WTF does this tell you? I know it tells you that you hit more 4s than random would hit, but did you go ‘way over’ or just a little over? How do you know if perhaps 4 is a ‘hot’ number for you? I would expect everyone would hit more 6s and 8s and probably more 5s and 9s….they’re easier to hit just by the way the dice are marked. What does Smart Craps tell you in the Outcome Summary? Maybe you hit 4s as often as you hit 6s, for example. On 10,000 rolls, that would be a good thing to know! You know, spread to the 4 before you spread to the 6, for example!

Maybe no one knows what this "Outcomes Summary" means, and that is fine. If you actually know, however, I would appreciate your sharing, because the software does not tell me…at least not anywhere in the ‘help’ that I can find.

Keep On Rollin’

Not worth spending the time on. I just figured somebody probably knew, since this is a very common display on the program.
