New Ducasse Restaurant Rumored: According to the Vegas Eater blog, Chef Alain Ducasse, who currently is represented in Las Vegas by his MiX venue at Mandalay Bay, is plannning to be bringing a new Italian bistro-and-market-style restaurant called Chef’s Table to Crystals in CityCenter, although no official confirmation has been given to the rumor as yet.
