This last Saturday I completed a 6 week boot camp. For those who are not familiar with a "Boot Camp" it is a some what high intensity work out program. You meet 3 times a week for 6 weeks for one hour each time. I set an objective of losing 10 pounds and 1 inch in the waist. I have reached both goals.
Trust me when I say that I found muscles that I had forgotten I had. I feel better, am in better shape, and really glad I did the program.
The instructor did have to adjust some of the exercises for me since I am almost 72 and have had both knees replaced.
A great experience and something that I really enjoyed—-now that it is over!!! A good start to continuing to work out on my own.
Looking forward to Vegas this week. Let’s all bring the casinos to their collective knees!!!
