Best Winter I Can Remember!

Spread the love

Well, in a few hours it will be spring and the winter will be over. Except we really didn’t have winter in New York this year. It’s been almost springlike the whole time. I just cannot remember a better winter. The winter before this was horrible so this one constituted a welcomed relief.

Yes, yes, I know that the global warming folks think the warm weather is caused by global warming but seriously what if it is? So what? Okay, okay, we might lose certain locales that will go underwater such as Sri Lanka and Manhattan’s Lower East Side but that is a small price to pay for such a beautifully warm winter… 😀

This winter has been beautiful. We should do everything we can to foster global warming. 😀

Funny thing, the only day it snowed was the day I was taking a flight to Vegas! I left at 2pm with no delays, so no problem. Other than that it was a beautiful winter.

The winter on the Colorado plains was nice. Not to much snow and not to little. Now if Algore could only do something about the damn spring winds. Maybe kill the damn butterfly from that Japanese proverb that cause the typhoon.

I was talking to a guy in CN the other day, and he also mentioned the mild winter. Only had to break out the snow blower once. He did express some concern about it not getting cold enough to kill the bugs and that they will get an early start this year.
