Craps

Relax

Spread the love

Have you ever thought about what all begins to happen when you put your money down on the table? You practice 20-30 rolls in your room, as you are on the elevator your mind pictures your toss, loosen that right arm up. At the table you pick your spot, look down the table, uh-oh have to dodge those chips, is my grip light enough, breath out slowly, hit the back wall. In the midlle of a good roll the Pit Boss comments " Mark relax, take it easy, enjoy yourself." Next roll was a hard eight. But afterwards I was thinking I must resemble a stiff robot out there. For the next few weeks my concentration is to not concentrate SO much, get into a more natural flow, trust more in my throw, relax and enjoy.

That is the key Mark. You should have enough practice in your toss to "Play with an empty mind"

What I mean is that you shouldn’t have to think at the table and just let your toss take over as it does in practice. this game is 80% mental and 20% physical. It is the mental part that is the most difficult!

You’re right, this is supposed to be fun!

I’m betting this will help a great deal, Mark.

Keep us posted on what you changes you notice and how things are going over the next few weeks.

Great post with some good ideas coming up. The relaxation will come with time. This dice control/advantage plan thing that we do is a continuous journey that never ends, just like life itself. We will be evolving over time. You are definitely on the right trick.

Hope to see you in the casino soon.
