Tinocos Kitchen snack bar, Vegas Club, 18 Fremont St., received 18 demerits Dec. 2. Violations included milk past expiration date.

Club Fortune Casino restaurant, 725 Racetrack Way, Henderson, received three demerits Dec. 3 and was upgraded to an A.

Coco’s Bakery & Restaurant cafe kitchen, Palace Station, 2411 W. Sahara Ave., received six demerits Nov. 25 and was upgraded to an A.

Don Alejandro’s Texas Grill, McCarran International Airport, 5757 Wayne Newton Blvd., received eight demerits Dec. 7 and was upgraded to an A.

Metro Pizza, Boulder Station, 4111 Boulder Highway, received four demerits Dec. 2 and was upgraded to an A.
