This is a movie that is all action, and very little dialogue. It is about a man (Denzel Washington) who needs to be taken to a CIA safe house in South Africa, before being transported back to the States. If you like fast action, this is the movie for you. It is thrilling, if you can watch it.

Unfortunately, I am susceptible to motion sickness on buses and ships on oceans. This movie felt like it was shot with hand cameras, which made for very erratic, fast moving scenes, making me nauseated and giving me a headache. I had to close my eyes most of the time. So if you are also susceptible, this is not the movie for you. Sandtrap did not feel ill, but also felt it was difficult to watch at times.
