National Waffle Day: Michel Richard’s Central restaurant at Caesars Palace will offer a range of gourmet waffle specials this Monday, March 25, in honor of National Waffle Day. Each priced at $16 (they’s better be "gourmet" at that price!), options include the Berrylicious or Peanut Butter Crisp for those with a sweet tooth, or the Waffles and Gravy savory option, stuffed with bacon, sausage, ham, chorizo, and cheese, for you carnivores. Guests can also opt to build their own waffle, choosing two ingredients from each of the above limited-edition creations (peanut butter and gravy, anyone?)
