Hello there,
Is there a difference between the help that’s given in a Refresher course, and the Tune-up’s? I know the Tune-Ups mentions students having their throws analyzed by the coaches. my question is, isn’t that also taking place when in Refresher course? I hope that question isn’t dumb, just trying to get information to be an informed consumer/customer.thanks!

At every class we are looking at the student’s throw. The tune up is for 1.5 hours and the refresher course is two days and we get into other things as well over the two days
