5 am came early today,
started my cooking to feed the 30 people here for xmas…..
made a almond choc cake first, that will be my treat, three layer with choc and raspberry filling,
coated with butter cream icing then layer of fresh whipped cream covered in
almonds and topped with fresh raspberry.
Have pork roast in oven
1 pm i will start the stuffed tenderloin of beef, my own 6 sausage and pasta dish.
Around 3 pm i will start frying 4 pounds of schrimp and serve then with garlic butter and
wine sauce.
Al the other stuff will get done in between.
by 9 pm all the food is gone, presents are distributed, i am tired, full and going to bed.
Well maybe just one little extra piece of cake>>>>>> 😀
