Made the impromptu drive to Northwest Louisiana with the girlfriend on Black Friday. Came to the Shoe since that’s where I had been having the majority of my success thus far. Got in at about 4pm and got started. The ONE bad thing about the tables here are there’s not enough of them (6-8 I think) and when 2 or more tables are closed or reserved, it makes everybody crowd the remaining tables for a game. Such was my fate when I was finally able to squeeze in at a table. Since my prime spot (SL1) was taken I had to settle for shooting from SR1 and it was damn near close to 2nd base as far as I was concerned. Had to try Dom’s technique from shooting from the opposite stick for this occasion and I must say it wasn’t half bad. Be that as it may, I eventually 7’d out and moved on to another table. So after my 7-out, me and the girlfriend go grab a bite at 8 oz burger joint in the lobby. After resting our feet filling our belly with overpriced food, we literally jumped back into the madness. By this time,a high roller named Frank Tillery had taken over a table. I had never heard of him via the message boards but apparently he us a VERY big deal since he was gambling with about 5million in chips!! HOLY SHIT!!
Now the weird/kinda shitty thing this guy did was not only could no else gamble withim($100 table) he made security make people move to keep from watching him shoot!

Meaning that I should have had bot h the $30 place bet and $15 come bet with $30 odds. Am I correct? Instead, my place bet came down and now only had the come bet on the 6 working. After being paid on the 6, I put $15 in the come and rolled a 9. So again I put $30 odds on the 9. Put another $15 in the come and got set for the next roll .Next roll, I hit the 5!! Come out roll I make sure I don’t hit a 7 since I have come bets working
Next point is 10. Then I see a guy with a stack of chips looking like the Leaning Tower of Piza right in my landing area!! I try to overlook this and focus on hitting numbers but I just can’t!! I quasi ask the stickman to ask the guy to move his chips but it goes on deaf ears. So I set my dice, focus on a new landing spot, release the dice and 7 out with 6-1!! A fawking 6-1!! An off-axis throw is just something I refuse to accept!! A 5-2 or 3-4 throw from a hard way set is acceptable but not 6-1. After that, I just took my meager winnings and came
om the opposite stick. Its not a badge of honor like Domain said Buf

However, I do have a couple of suggestions. Saying you went to Northwest Louisiana is fine, but to mention the casino and name of a player is not good–even if the player is not GTC and a high roller as you mentioned. With the giving your position at the table, the casino, time of day, the exact day and an outline of how you did, the casino can figure out who you are and someday you may not be allowed to play there. We know the casinos are on our board and they can review the tapes and it is easy to know who you are.
Please do keep posting but keep some of the information mentioned above off the board.
If you want to discuss this much detail, please do so off the board with a friend.
I enjoy your posts. Hope to roll with you soon. Northeast Louisiana is one of our favorite places to play. Will be there later this week. Care to meet up?

I didn’t know that being specific about my trip was a big no-no! I will definitely do better going forward.
