i have had that a lot also,.,, and i find my left dice is almost always on axis and the other is not..

as far as jumping one way or another, just think of the die as hitting the table flat….. it will then go straight to the back wall. if the left die hits the table with the left side of the die lower than the right side, slanting left, it will hit more on the corner of the die and jump to the right. which ever way dice is slanting when it hits the table it will push the die the other way. If you dice hit the table and both jump to the right, your dice are slanting left when the hit, if they jump left your dice are slanting right.

Take a look at your follow through at the end of the throw. Leave your hand up at the end of the throw and take a look at your C grip and how level your fingers are at this position. Your hand may be canted left or right at the release. Also remember to keep your fingers together the entire throw. If your fingers splay open at the end, you may be losing control before the dice leave your hand.

Good luck and keep up the practice.

Also, check and make sure that on your backswing you are not going into your body a little. In other words your backswing has to be straight back as well and like DP said your follow through has to be straight all the way through the throw
