We both get offers but they differ.Can not fig. for the life of me way they ( casinos )don’t want to save money and make more at the same time. It is crazy.
We both got offers for the same time. One with more points got offer to stay at a casino with not so nice rooms. The other got offer to stay at three others that had nicer rooms. Worst thing is offer is not good unless you stay at place offered. So make rev. at both and complain. THE CASINO PEOPLE AGREE and say need to contact marketing. Which after 3 phone calls saying not have the power to change it we got it done. We made them more money but was it worth ALL the trouble ?
It is crazy how marketing works for these big casinos.You would think that if you have more points you would get better rooms or better offers.
I guess they want us to change the way we play. Lately my wife gets table offers and I get machine offers. They will not let us play for each other we asked.
CRAZY.

We played a few weeks ago i played 6 hours this day my wife played 4 hours, she got 60.00 coupons and free rooms, i got 20.00 no rooms played longer bet higher tipped well.
At another casino we played every week for 2 years, all day play would get a $ 2.87 comp $$$. After going to other places we learned of alot better comps at other places. I talked with the casino big shots and they stated that this is how they do it. We left and went to greener pasture, we now we get coupons every week for $ 80. to 100. table play each i will not go back to this place because they milked me till they lost me.
All i can say is play where you get a return for your play.
