Clark and I had business in our home state so upon completion of that we hit the road and got our final six points at three midwestern Harrah’s markets. We first went to the player’s club and got our card swiped. At each and every one they asked for our picture ID and matched it up to the TR card. We then found a slot game to play since it tells us exactly when we have reached the required 25 tier points as opposed to dice where your tier credits are subjective to the pit’s interpretation of your play. We then left and proceeded to the next location.

We had a net profit after getting our tier points. The trip cost us very little as one night was comped by the casino, two nights comped by our credit card rewards. That left us two nights to pay for. Our gas consumption was minimal since we just bought a new Prius plug-in hybrid that gets 60 mpg.

Now we will have $750 in comps for each of us ($1500). That will go a long way in dinners out and entertainment.

Our total cost including all the markets played was about one-quarter of the return.

This worked great with two people but would not be worth it for one person. Clark did shoot one hand the last stop and colored up with a small profit.
