what do you think my payback has been from not hitting a royal ever…. i cant remember
when they came out but i guess they had them here in a bar in about 1980. I play them
now when ever i go to a casino and am not playing craps or poker… hard to calculate
a return when i started playing them when i was 32 and now am 64. At this rate i may have
to live to 94 to hit one…
Now on the other hand i guess that is reason enough to eat greenbeans.

There is no way to determine your return without knowing how much you put in, how much you cashed out and how many hands you played.
I can tell you, however, that I had one stretch where I did not hit a royal for nearly 200,000 hands. I also when only about 4,000 hands before hitting one of my royals. I play fairly fast – about 800-1,000 hand per hour depending on my alertness and machine conditions. At 800 hands per hour it takes 50-54 hours of play to have played the approximate numbers of hands between average royals with "optimal" play. That is a whole lot of play.
Just know this gman – somewhere, sometime when you least expect it your royal will hit.
As they say (whoever "they" are) you can’t win if you don’t play.
