My son called me and wanted to go to AC for a couple of days when he was off from his RSO (Resource officer ) job at his school. Me being retired could quickly arrange my schedule. I got a room for two nights and we left for our destination. When we arrived the biggest surprise for us was the lack of many working tables. Many were closed. One table still had plastic around most of it with only open areas to get your arm under to shoot.
We arrived early for check in so we took a walk on the boardwalk, checking casinos on the way. Found one table with crew standing around so I took SR1 and my son took SL1. Nice couple of rolls and walked away with $300.
The following day we went back to this casing and gave it all back. Feeling a bit down we went back to the room to practice throwing into my small receiving station. We used the adjustable ironing board for a throwing station. Worked great.
In the afternoon we checked the tables at our casino but only one 14 footer was open and it was full. Went to several other casinos but all were using the 14 footers. I have never done well on these but played a little as it was the only show in town. Getting tired we went back to our casino and low and behold they had a 12 footer open and there were three GTC players all at SL. I went to SR and had to wait for one random roller to leave and then I moved in to SR1.
I bought in for my usual $300, waited for the other GTC players to shoot an then the dice were passed to me. Being good GTC players, my landing zone on the other end was clear. The table layout had the Small, Tall and All on it so I decided to put $5, on each. Previously in my career I had hit the Small and got a nice payoff.
I started throwing, the dice looked good and I was hitting a lot of numbers. I finally hit the Small, continued to shoot and eventually hit the Tall, which also gave me a win on the All. Well I walked away with over $2500 and had a very exciting time. Only four of us at the table and it was an ideal condition. We all played the GTC way so the dice came back to me very quickly. I was in the zone and all I did was concentrate and throw as I do in my practice routine. Lady Luck was also on my side.

A story we all like to see. Excellent discipline by going by tables that you find difficult to play. You are correct the GTC way is the way to go. Congratulations on using our patient to get your success and thank you for posting. Rose and Doc hope to see you in the near future.
I would suggest you not use your real name on the board as casino personnel do look for advantage players. Use your handle or if you don’t have one make one up.

Love it! The zone is a wonderful place to be, and to be there when other like-minded folks are with you is icing!!! Nice hit!
