I have been working six days a week since September at a major area hospital.
One of my wings has been converted to treat Covid-19 patients. Two of my other areas has been affected with an entire nursing unit removed for quarantine in one unit. People are dying. Survivors have long lasting problems. I can’t say more.
Wear your mask. Wash your hands.
Protect your eyes with glasses or goggles.
I recently received the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. I had no reactions and barely had any feeling in my arm.
One of my coworkers received the Pfizer Vaccine and reported to me that she experienced arm pain, chills, fatigue, for a short time.
She is sixty-ish and I am fifty-ish.
I do not fear this vaccine with its Messenger RNA function. The understanding of the structure of DNA will be a game changer. God willing.
Wear your mask, Wash your hands, protect your eyes.

Great news ! Glad you have received the first shot. Anxiously waiting for my turn. I believe my county will also be doing the Moderna vaccine.

Thank God for the vaccine. I got the first Moderna this morning two months before I thought it would be available for me, thanks to Donald J. Trump and Operation Warp Speed. I should also thank Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and the other state and local health officials and workers that were able to distribute the vaccine so effectively.

@bminus1 Let’s give thanks to the scientist who have worked on the discovery and understanding of of the chemical aspect of life since the early 1900’s.
Moderna scientist and the German scientist couple have been working on Messenger RNA for over ten years. It all came together quickly because many countries have been manipulating the SARS and the related virus for years so they understand it well.

Thank God for the vaccine. I received the SECOND Moderna this afternoon thanks to Donald J. Trump and Operation Warp Speed. Also, thanks to Governor Bill Lee, and the health professionals that made this possible especially the people at the Macon County Health Department for braving the cold today – it was an outside drive-thru injection. In 2 weeks I should have ~95% efficacy. Time to hit the casino.

Received my second Moderna Covid 19 shot on January 29, 2020. I was warned about side effects with the second shot. I experienced shoulder and upper back pain the day after. Experienced a sudden feeling of not feeling well day after but it was moderate. I have felt fine since. I can still catch the virus so I still wash my hands constantly, wear a mask, and wear protective glasses.
Reports of Pfizer shots have some experiencing swelling of the upper arm below the shoulder.
I was told by medical staff that the Pfyzer shot may be getting into the Lymph node in the armpit.
Covid patent numbers are down in the hospital. Washing your hands is a big deal. Use fresh mask. I change paper mask after four hours of constant use. No moist ones. Wash the cloth homemade mask constantly.
I’m itching to throw the dice. Its too dam cold on the porch to practice. Happy New Year

After receiving my vaccines, waiting 2 weeks to get 95% and offered comp rooms at a casino, this happens. I guess I’ll have to wait another few days.
