Taking Mrs. Griz to Vegas for the week beginning Monday, she loves heading out to these transplanted delis, any recommendations on a great corned beef location… And why you like it. (staying at the fountain place, and will have rental car, so mobile)
Thanks!!

Don’t know where there is any corned beef but you must hit "The Firefly" on Paradise Blvd. Tapas, great food.

Better idea. Come to NYC.
Katz Deli. Manhattan Lower East side.
You will find no better in the country
I personally prefer pastrami.
I am making myself hungry. 🙂

What I considered the best corned beef in Las Vegas is, alas, no longer there. It was stationed by the poker area at the old Horseshoe when it was still owned by a Binion. Now about all the authentic delis that are availble (to my knowledge) are chains; Jason’s Deli, Canter’s in the TI, Carnegie Deli in the Mirage, Stage Deli at Caesar’s. They are good, but not like the old Horseshoe had where they cut the corned beef or pastrami to order (much as Katz Deli does.

Have to agree with Stickman, Binion’s pastrami was the best. It was usually my first stop to eat when I got downtown.
There was also the Stage Deli in the forum shops for a while but has since closed also. Had the best garlic pickles
